This was the first beer I drank from the exchange, the night I picked it up. I didn't make it to the liquor store in time before we made it to the cabin, and I needed something to wash down a feed of mussels. This one did the trick admirably. Went down very smooth. What I would change next time: Ferment a bit cooler to soften the phenolic yeast character.
